Bitget is seeking a highly motivated P2P Business Development Manager to lead the growth and expansion of its peer-to-peer (P2P) trading ecosystem in Indonesia. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth market research to monitor competitor activities and stay updated on Indonesia’s P2P regulations.
- Build and expand relationships with local P2P merchants to boost liquidity and improve pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with operations and growth teams to design and implement strategies that increase P2P user traffic.
- Support customer service teams in resolving disputes related to P2P transactions.
- Develop and execute local strategies to attract KOLs, merchants, and community partnerships.
✅ Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Marketing, or Risk Management (preferred).
- At least 2 years of business development experience, ideally in payments or cryptocurrency.
- Hands-on knowledge of cryptocurrency trading; experience in P2P or OTC business is a strong plus.
- Strong network within the local crypto community (KOLs, merchants, projects, and communities).
- Proficiency in English and local language with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- High sense of responsibility, analytical mindset, and ability to work under pressure.
