We are seeking a Treasury Cash Management Analyst to become a key member of our fast-growing Treasury team at Bitpanda. As a Treasury Cash Management Analyst, you will be responsible for managing multi-currency cash flows, monitoring daily liquidity, and ensuring accurate reconciliations across global accounts. In this role, you will work closely with internal finance teams, banks, and external stakeholders to maintain financial accuracy, reduce risks, and optimize cash management processes. 🔑 Key Responsibilities
As a Treasury Cash Management Analyst, you will:
- Manage and oversee banking portals across multiple countries, currencies, and entities.
- Compile daily, weekly, and monthly bank positions and retrieve bank statements, while supporting automation initiatives like Treasury Management System (TMS) implementation.
- Process manual and automated payments, including payroll, pay runs, and ad-hoc invoices, with strict attention to compliance and accuracy.
- Reconcile cash and commodity positions to ensure financial accuracy and risk control.
- Prepare and deliver weekly/monthly cash reports for management and the Asset & Liability Committee.
🛠 Required Skills & Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 2–3+ years of hands-on experience in cash management, payment processing, and AP/AR.
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, ideally with exposure to cryptocurrency operations.
- Experience in multi-currency and multinational treasury environments.
- Ability to work independently with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration.
- Familiarity with cash pooling and treasury tools is a strong plus.
